Cookie policy
Effective from: 2026-10-15
The otb24.pl website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. When forms are active, it uses only the necessary OTBSESSID session cookie. Without an active form configuration, the application sets no cookies. The website language is determined by the URL.

1. Form cookie
Opening the active contact form creates the first-party OTBSESSID cookie. It contains a random session identifier used to protect against forged and repeated submissions and display confirmation. It contains no message, name, phone number or email address. It uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and, over HTTPS, Secure attributes. It is a session cookie; its storage depends on ending or restoring the browser session. The application session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. If the form is not configured, the application does not start a session or set this cookie.
2. Purpose and legal basis
The cookie supports secure enquiry submission, token verification and confirmation after sending. It is necessary to provide the service requested by the user, under the exception in Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. A consent banner is not required for this cookie. We do not use it for advertising, analytics or visitor tracking.
3. Browser settings
You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking OTBSESSID prevents correct form verification and submission but does not restrict reading the website. A browser restoring a previous session may also restore its session cookie; the application independently expires inactive sessions after 30 minutes.
4. External services and changes
We do not load maps, Google Fonts or external tracking scripts. Manrope is hosted locally, and Google Chat receives messages from the server after form submission. We do not store consent choices in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Introducing services requiring consent in the future will require prior consent and an updated notice.
